The Magnalight EPL-JH16C-1MLED-100 Explosion Proof LED Light provides operators in hazardous locations with an effective and versatile explosion proof lighting solution for confined spaces and areas where an easily mounted and positioned light source is needed. The 16 inch diameter LED light head on this unit produces 10,000 lumens of light in a wide flood pattern and draws only 150 watts. Multi-voltage capable, this light can be operated with 120VAC to 277 VAC, simplifying connection to available power sources. The ladder and rail bracket is constructed of non sparking aluminum and can be adjusted from 26 inches to 43 inches in length to allow mounting to a wide variety of railings, scaffoldings or ladders. Included with this LED light is 100 feet of explosion proof SOOW cord ending in a 1523 explosion proof straight blade plug for convenient connection of the unit to power sources while providing extended cord reach. The LED light head can be adjusted through 90 degrees of tilt, providing users with an easily adjustable light source that can be quickly mounted to any structure that will accommodate its J-hook mounting bracket. This unit’s 16 inch diameter LED light head also allows it to pass through most standard sized manholes, providing operators with added versatility as a tank light if needed. The LEDs used in this unit are rated at 60,000 hours of life and produce 10,000 lumens of light capable of covering 8,000 square feet with bright white light while lasting longer, creating less heat and drawing less power than typical halogen lamps. This explosion proof LED light is rated Class 1 Div 1, Class 1 Div 2, Groups A, B, C, D making it suitable for hazardous locations where flammable vapors, gases and dusts may be present and is ideal for use in a wide array of applications including wastewater treatment plants, refinery tanks, oil and gasoline loading docks, coal pulverizing facilities, munitions storage areas, tunnel projects, utility gas plants, power plant areas and anywhere an effective explosion proof lighting solution is needed.
